The chalet consists of two spacious and independent apartments, each of which can be booked for 1–11 guests. For larger families and groups, both apartments can be rented together for a total capacity of up to 22 guests.
The Garden Apartment and Penthouse Apartment are particularly attractive for families, multiple generations and groups of friends who value space, privacy, comfort and direct access to the mountains. Groups of around 8–11 guests fit especially well in one apartment, while smaller parties are equally welcome.

Ski-in/ski-out in Kaprun with access to Maiskogel and Kitzsteinhorn
Enjoy your ski holiday at Chalet an der Piste in Zell am See-Kaprun. The Maiskogel and Kitzsteinhorn are directly connected by modern lifts, creating a convenient route from the family-friendly Maiskogel towards the high-alpine Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. When the Maiskogel piste is open, Chalet an der Piste offers the convenience of stepping outside and skiing directly towards the lifts, then returning to the chalet at the end of the day.
The Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area typically opens in October when snow conditions permit and continues well into spring, often into May. This makes Kaprun attractive not only in mid-winter, but also for autumn glacier skiing and spring ski holidays.
More than a winter destination
Kaprun is also a wonderful base in spring, summer and autumn. Swim at Lake Zell, go hiking, cycling or e-biking, play golf, explore the mountains, or enjoy rafting and other outdoor activities in the Zell am See-Kaprun region. Fresh pastry and breakfast services can also be arranged through local partners and delivered to the chalet in the morning.
